Our program is made possible by funding from Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) Live Well at Home Grant, City of Atwater, and area townships. We also are supported by grants from organizations, trusts, and generous donations from individuals and churches, as well as loving memorials in support of our program.
Your generous gifts enable us to provide our elderly neighbors with the services necessary to keep them in their homes and our community as long as safely possible!
