Walking

Community Center is open M-W-Th-F from 8:30 to 9:00am for individuals to walk in a temperature controlled environment.


Exercise Program

(based on Pilates and Yoga)—M-W-Th-F from 8:00 to 9:00am at the Community Center; open to anyone interested; come as often as you can; variety of exercises done to video and with volunteer guidance.


Bone Builders

Morning group meets M and W 9:30am-10:30am or Evening group: M and Wed 5:00- 6:00pm at Community Center; exercises are designed to strengthen bone density, improve balance and strength and help in fall prevention.


Matter of Balance

8-week, 2-hour class, is held annually. Evidence proven to improve flexibility, balance and strength, improving confidence and skills in fall prevention.


Powerful Tools for Caregivers

6-week, 90 minute class provides valuable resources to equip family caregivers to take care of themselves while caring for a loved one; scheduled annually


Annual Health Fair

Health screenings, flu shots, and information booths featuring area aging and health related resources; held in September at Community Center.
